EverUs uses Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable the user authorization feature for accessing the EverUs platform. (i.e. use of your Gmail account to login to EverUs platform)
EverUs’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
Your Google information is used by our system developers to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent to your user experience. EverUs policies and procedures define requirements that prohibit the unauthorized use of data within the platform.

2. Who is Collecting Your Data
You know us as EverUs, but legally, we are MZD Inc., a company registered in China (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the data controller. We determine the personal data collected from you and how it will be used.

When you use the App, we collect your name and a unique user code provided to you for pairing your Apps with your partner. We also collect your device ID to identify you as our user. Additionally, we may collect your email address to allow you to create an account.
Personal Information (username, profile photo, etc.)
You can choose to submit a cover photo, profile photo, username, couple anniversary date, and other relationship information to personalize your profile. This data may be used to improve the personalization and relevance of the App's content for you and your partner. Providing this information is optional.
Demographic Information
We may request demographic information to provide you with relevant recommendations and tailor the content in the App. This may include personal data such as age, gender, preferences, interests, and lifestyle information.
If you choose to provide special category data, such as sexual orientation, race or ethnicity, or health information, for tailoring content in the App, we process it based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your preferences or contacting us at the email address provided at the end of this Policy.
Usage Information
When you use the Services, we collect your survey responses to improve the Services. We also collect information about the time you spend and the activities you engage with in the App to understand your needs, preferences, and improve the user experience. Your IP address is collected to manage platform security, and your device ID and email address are collected to communicate with you regarding your activities in the Services.

When you use the Services, we collect your email address when you contact us for support to respond to your inquiries. We also collect your device information to understand and resolve technical issues. Any additional personal data you provide when contacting us for support or general queries is also collected.
Registration Information
When you register for an account, we collect the details of your applicable subscription and the registration information associated with setting up your account, including your email address and password. We use this information to set up your account and enable you to backup and restore your activity information.
